Now running every Tuesday night from 6.00pm.

In the build up to the new season, pre-season fitness sessions are running every Tuesday evening at the Rec with a dedicated fitness coach assisted (sort of) by Graham.

Do make sure you get along; fitness is the key to most victories and it is well worth putting it in now.
