Mini's warm up together in the cold

With the weather taking a cold turn this week, the all of our Mini's age groups warmed up together to get some warmth into those muscles.

The feedback from the younger players has been fantastic and they loved looking up to the older players and joining in with them.

The feedback from the older players has been that they felt a sense of pride running and laughing with the young players and all having fun together. The older players remembered that they were once that young too.

From now on we will continue to do this at home training...……….hopefully it will help keep the cold out until the next festival.
